I’m like 9 days binge free! And haven’t had urges to either. Still fat but hopefully I’m back to bmi 16 by the end of the month 🤞🏻

I’m actually doing well with restricting against so I might return to posting here soon

I’ve been restricting for a week and the last 2 nights I’ve already been having binging dreams… brain please get a grip 💀💀
