3/6 : We were delighted to receive Dinah Borus,PhD, CIP Coordinator in Rwanda, who praised our work on the #potato value chain, including potato-based products like Inyamibwa #breads and #donuts.
5/6: We had a great time hosting students from RP-Musanze College at our stand, where they experienced our green technologies: #sensor-powered irrigation systems that provide crops with #fertilizers and #water simultaneously, and #post-harvest infrastructures for roots and tubers.
6/6:From the bottom of our hearts, special thanks to the organizers of #RwandaAgrishow2024 Ministry of Agriculture & Animal Resources |Rwanda & other partners. We connected with different stakeholders and built networks to scale up our green technologies, and collaborated with us at our Green Research Center #AGRIPI.
Today at Nemba site Gakenke District,we collected data on the adaptability trials for 4 orange-fleshed sweet potato varieties as part of #FOSTERINGProject that we are implementing in partnership of FXB Rwanda& E4IMPACT Rwanda.4 cooperatives were trained on pests&diseases control.
Through the #FOSTERING Project, data collection on the second adaptability trial for orange-fleshed sweet potato varieties continues today at the Jomba site in Nyabihu District,and farmers were trained on pest and disease control.Thanks to the partners FXB Rwanda E4IMPACT Rwanda
