Home Office has amended the visa rules for Ukrainians on the Homes for Ukraine scheme so that they can no longer be sponsors for their own children. Devastating for parents who arrived without their children and now want their children to join them. independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-n…

A cautionary tale for #Migration #Deportation enthusiasts! This explains why #RwandaPlan or #EUNewPact deals with Tunisia, Egypt, etc to enhance expulsions are incompatible with #HumanRights & #InternationalLaw! Congrants Anja Bossow

Home Office withdraws EUSS refusal some 9 months after we issued an appeal in the FTT. Out attempts at getting a speedy conclusion were stymied by FTT refusing to allow us to upload further evidence via MYHmcts & having to wait for HO to review our case
