Passengers value ticket offices at stations, and knowing where to find help is vital for disabled, elderly and vulnerable rail users.

We're pleased that Labour has pledged to keep ticket offices open and work to make rail accessible for everyone.

Our rail freight sector is a key part of the railway - helping to move goods, parts and equipment around the country.

Labour's long-term plan will include support to move more freight by rail.

Integrated transport is essential for connecting up the country and improving productivity.
