Question for a16z crypto - what % of female founders and founders of color are you aiming to have go through Crypto Startup School, and how will you hold yourself accountable to hitting that goal?

Here's a question - how many fintech-focused VC firms would be willing to invest 0.25% of their fund into a new fund that only writes pre-seed checks of $50-$250k to startups where at least 51% of the founder equity does not belong to white males?
