What of Ukrainians on dialysis. People in need of insulin. What do they do today? What of people living w HIV? How long will their medications last? What of patients on methadone or long term opioid therapy? Are they forced into painful withdrawal in a shelter? Or at home, alone?

Starting #Methadone for #OUD is too difficult. In our outpatient bridge clinic (not an OTP) we started administering methadone for opioid #withdrawal under the 72H rule and rapidly linking to OTPs to reduce wait/barriers. We share 1st case ASCP Journal:
