Your work won't make it — probably. But what sticks will mostly benefit them, not you.
Your best work should feel inevitable. Like there was no choice but for you to have made it, regardless of external factors (market, audience, money, etc). The focus so completely on the work that you fall asleep and wake up excited about your idea and how best to execute it.
