A great example of #FarmingwithNature on the South Downs near Findon this morning: a #conservationheadland next to a first-year #wildlifeplotmix Bright Seeds & The Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust. Not far from this location: a fantastic flock of almost 100 #cornbunting.
It's been interesting to see the The NCS Project spring pea/oat bicrop trial develop this summer, alongside oat, pea & bean straights. A very late entry on 10th May, harvest planned for second week in September. Then the data crunching begins...
