Some replies raise the UK’s “dualist” system of law & claim this means international law *cannot* impose obligations on anyone in the UK unless the relevant international legal provisions have first been transposed into domestic law.

I urge every UK civil servant, diplomat, MP, minster & others, to read this UN UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency statement.

If the Bill becomes law, those who implement it will be acting illegally.

That will be premeditated.

And exceptionally dangerous for us all.
