Many amateur “entitlement” problems r bc of accessibility. What once HAD to be EARNED, now can be BOUGHT. Anything u want. Nice field? Custom glove? Pro wood? Etc. For the right $$, you got it. It’s hurting drive and motivation. You really want an ROI? Make em earn everything.

Advice to prospective college players/recruits from a college coach: ALWAYS respond to coaches who reach out, no matter the level, even if ur not interested in their program, no matter how uncomfortable it may b. Coaches don’t forget and respect must be mutual. #LifeLessons
