Earlier tonight, a massive fire broke out in the vicinity of the railway station in Russia-occupied city of Shakhtark, Donetsk Oblast of Ukraine, caused by a dozen or so fuel tanks that caught fire.

Local authorities claimed the fire was a result of the Ukrainian strikes.

“Russia is not going to use nukes,” claims Russia’s Ambassador to the UK Andrey Kelin. “It is out of the question,” he told me in an exclusive interview, on a day when Russia is conducting military nuclear training drills. Is it off the table, I asked? “Yes, I am saying that.”
