Bill C-21 will cost Canadians 5 billion dollars and have no effect on rising crime rates.

Sexual offences against children and adults must be treated more seriously.

Today I tabled Bill C-299, which raises the maximum sentence for most sexual offences to life imprisonment. Though serious, Liberals saw fit to heckle. Watch:
