The Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Foundation has made a donation of GH₵ 135,000.00 ($10,000.00) to Abena Kessewa Kwaffo, a 13-year-old KNUST Junior High School Student who emerged as the 2nd Runner Up in this year's National Spelling Bee competition.

As part of the 'Otumfuo Silver Jubilee Day of Education.' the Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Foundation has made a presentation of 25,000.00 cedis as a sponsorship to the Robotic Team of Prempeh College ahead of their trip to the United States for the International Robotic Championship.
