On H5N1 bird flu:

'USDA has identified spread between cows within the same herd, spread from cows to poultry, spread between dairies associated with cattle movements, and cows without clinical signs that have tested positive.'

In 1 case, H5N1 was found in a lung tissue sample.

Viral particles of H5N1 bird flu have been found in commercial milk but the FDA says it's safe to drink.

Testing is currently underway to confirm pasteurization killed the virus. Results will be made public in the coming days or weeks.
