💫It’s conference time!⛱️ If you’re at SFBiomaterials #SFB2023, check out talks and posters from our group today, tomorrow, and Friday! We’re presenting new work ranging from hydrogels and intestinal stem cells to liquid crystalline materials and muscle fiber alignment.
If you're at #SFB2023, stop by my talk this afternoon to hear about our recent paper in Advanced Materials Advanced Sci News! doi.org/10.1002/adma.2…
Want to create hydrogels – both INSIDE and OUT of living cells – with controlled viscoelasticity? Check out our latest preprint, a fun first collaboration with the Institute for Protein Design’s Baker Lab! doi.org/10.1101/2023.0… De novo protein design meets hydrogel biomaterials! (1/11)
excited to share this new review article on bioprinting with light — we summarize the state of the field and highlight some as-yet unexplored approaches. thanks to Anseth Group for the opportunity and rlevato Y. Shrike Zhang for coordinating the writing process across many labs!
Polymer Day 2023 went off without a hitch and ended with a gorgeous rainbow over the chemistry building! Huge thanks to Megan R. Hill, Dr. Bonnie Buss, and Nicholas (Nic) Rorrer for amazing and informative talks today as well as CSU Department of Chemistry for all the support. More pictures from the day to come!
Thanks to everyone at POLY/PMSE Student Chapter at CSU for organizing such a great Polymer Day! Very exciting day of talks, demonstrations, and posters, and I am thrilled to have been selected as the 1st place poster!
Stimulating poster session at Polymer Day 2023. Huge thanks to ACS POLY Division & ACS PMSE Division for providing funding for cash prizes to the top three posters!
Delighted to share this new work, a fun collaboration with Bruce Kirkpatrick, Nathaniel Skillin, and Niko Di Caprio a long with a host of others! Check out how we remold microgels and observe the effects of their modified curvature on bottom-up cellular assembly 👇
Always a fun time collaborating with Ben Nelson, Bruce Kirkpatrick, Nathaniel Skillin, and others! So excited to see this awesome work out!
Excited to share our latest paper in Macromolecules — we used a two-stage semi-orthogonal photopolymer network for haze-free holography. Lots of fun working with Christopher Bowman’s group and learning from lead authors Yunfeng and Shafer! pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
