New crate published: A port of Sebastian Aaltonen's OffsetAllocator to Rust. It's a fast hard real time memory allocator suitable for managing GPU resources. Hope to use this in Bevy Engine :)

I have been working on a voxel engine in for the past two weeks in my spare time as an infrastructure for future games I want to make.
