Well all I can say for now. Is wow... the tears flowed. Went into this knowing the story and understanding deathmaking processes but the power of the theatre. Just wow!

A great part of my job is to welcome new social workers to Belfast Trust! Today we had 16x newly qualified social workers start their first job after qualifying, taking up posts in children’s, adults, learning disabilities and mental health teams.
