* The government buys all stockpiles for mass incineration, or
* Allow domestic trade in whole lion carcasses, skeletons, bones, skins, teeth, claws, and other parts for 24 months.

NEWS: Two lion cubs found on a property in Westville, KZN have been confiscated and an individual taken into custody.
