A huge mistake I see a lot of people make, that is sabotaging all their progress, is “all or nothing” thinking.

They will slip up on diet, miss the gym, or some other meaningless in the long run thing & absolutely go off the rails because “fuck it, I already messed up”.

One of the biggest benefits of protein shakes (& other foods that are essentially almost just protein) is that they allow you to have much more flexibility with your diet because they help you hit your daily protein goal with less calories.

- Full-Body or Upper/Lower 3x/week if maximizing time or Push Pull Legs 4-5x/week

- Zone 2 cardio 3x/week

- HIIT/Sprints 1-2x/week

- Ruck/Hike 5+miles 1x/week

My son’s new game is throw all the toys out of the bathtub during bath time & get into a back & forth toy throwing war.

10,000 steps is roughly 5 miles.

Takes around 1 hour & half to 2 hours to accomplish this.

Two, 45 minute walks, morning & evening, is one of the best ways to do this.

Getting sunshine at sunrise & sunset helps optimize your circadian rhythm—better sleep.

There is a huge likelihood people will give you shit for getting in shape & practicing healthy habits.

They will make you feel like you’re the weird one for wanting to look & feel good because they hate to see someone doing better them.
