I was proscribed both over the years and I didn’t need either. I was misdiagnosed with Bipolar disorder for nearly three decades. There was an incorrect assumption that I was a chaotic person, when actually I was an autistic person coping with chaotic circumstances.

I did a workshop with inpatients at a psych hospital, which was amazing.

In the hospital was a sign where an arrow pointed to Conifers. Not an actual tree but a name of a unit.

Made me think what I'd like the sign to read if I were in hospital.

Anyway, here are some GOOD books. Truly, I was very impressed with these two I was recently sent in advance of publication. First, Alex O'Brien's sparkling account of what being an ace poker player helped her understand about human nature.

Second, this sobering but also thrilling perspective by Olive Heffernan on the threats to the deep oceans.
