Earlier this week Marc-Emmanuel Dumas delivered a talk at #MetSoc2024 on how microbially-derived TMA attenuates low-grade inflammation and insulin resistance upon a high-fat diet by inhibiting IRAK4, a central kinase that integrates signals from various TLRs and cytokine receptors.
