2/COVID-19 Variants: In sequencing data from a subset of WWSCAN sites, we see that KP variants are making up > 50% of variants with KP.1 (lime green) at 16.7%, KP.2 (slate blue) at 21.2% & KP.3 (light blue) at 40.6%. Sequencing data has a longer lag of 1-2 weeks after collection.
