A bit more about our meetings - they're usually held the 3rd week of November each year across the country, typically alternating between west and east. This year our meeting is joint with WSSA in February of 2025. After that, Ontario in November 2025!

Our meetings usually open late Monday afternoon with a reception and run until about noon on Thursday, depending on the program. Our graduate students get a spotlighted session, with plenary sessions, workshops, oral presentation sessions and a poster contest!

Applying fungicides for trial sprays is very similar to herbicide sprays. We wear Tychem suits that are water resistant (also doesn't let much air though...). For some Apps we use specialized booms like this extended boom for corn tassel sprays!
