The official Cavendish Farms PEI 2023 Canada Winter Games Torch Lighting Ceremony will take place at Parliament Hill in Ottawa on October 17, 2022, at 3:30 pm ET, before embarking on its journey to PEI with a pit stop at NB’s very own Crabbe Mountain on December 17th, 2022!
