The woman at the bakery said she has a ring similar to mine but the stone is a baguette. And for a moment, I thought 'oh because you're a baker.' Apparently baguette is just another word for rectangle, which makes absolutely no sense.

Dentists are wild detectives. They are all like, 'did you have congestion recently? Did you stop wearing your retainer in 1999? Did you live on a diet of coffee and cigarettes between 2004-2006? Yes, I know.' And each time, I am like Lucille Bluth in scenes with Gene Parmesan.

A stranger complimented my parallel parking. I’m just out here breaking stereotypes. I’m counting this as community service.

Job market people, get lots of advice on how to negotiate an offer.

I am always like, 'I want money, power, omnipotence, immortality' and within two seconds, its 'a Blockbusters card, a Taco Bell coupon, and a branded lanyard? I'll take it! Thanks!'

I ordered 6 pastries and a coffee. The cashier asked if I wanted it to stay or take away. And for a moment I was tempted to say “all mine and for here, please.”
