🚨An inspectorate report into misconduct in the fire service has exposed the need to change the "boys club" at the top. 1 in 3 firefighters surveyed experienced or witnessed an abuse of power in the last year. We need accountability and processes firefighters can trust.

Successive Governments have decimated the Fire Service both operationally & its ability to robustly inspect & enforce fire safety building regs. The loss of the Central Fire Brigades Advisory Council by the FS Act 2004 & abolition of National Standards of fire cover are key.
