Fallen Heroes Remembered 17 Years Later A wreath-laying ceremony will take place on Sunday, September 8th at sunrise, to pay tribute to Corporal Arlie Jones and Corporal Scott Gardner. They lost their lives on September 8, 2007.

Ratliff Ranch Golf Links Closed Due to flooding at the golf course, Ratliff Ranch Golf Links is closed. We are sorry for any inconvenience. As soon as the weather permits, the golf course will reopen. The golf shop is still open for business.

Sensory Day at the Fair Tonight, the Permian Basin Fair hosted the third annual "Sensory Special Day." Anyone with a sensory processing disorder was invited to enter the fair free of charge.

The Parks & Recreation Department has been working hard to get Ratliff Ranch Golf Links to reopen after the heavy rainfall. The first nine holes are now open for play. The full course should be back open by the middle of the day tomorrow.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.

The City's Parks and Rec Department is placing American flags around Memorial Gardens Park to pay tribute to the many Americans who died on 9/11.  On September 11th, at 6 pm, Prosperity Bank will host the American Tribute Flag Field Event to honor the victims. More on FB
