Celebrating mental health awareness by wearing green.. this year’s theme is ‘move for your mental health’ so it’s been a week of promoting physical activity on the wards and today I took part in a bike ride challenge from Atherleigh Park to gretnagreen Greater Manchester Mental Health

So today we celebrated #mentalhealthawareness by wearing green 💚 the #therapyteam and Atherleigh Park staff also completed a bike ride from leigh to Gretna Green covering all the miles there and back in 12 hours. And we all got moving using the VR Greater Manchester Mental Health Digital Wigan
