You turned up at the young woman’s home, refused to tell her the nature of the complaint, and warned her to “bite her tongue” before speaking in the future. You imagine you’re the good guys. You are not. You are political gangsters.

The UK’s tragically misnomered ‘public health’ response was a disaster but the one blessing for those of us with kids in the UK is it wasn’t as much as a disaster as America’s. A more egregiously cavalier approach to child health is hard to imagine.

Even in the UN scenario, a mere loss of 200 million, what will become of the houses and roads and trains built for a much larger population? Who will maintain the infrastructure? Who will care for the elderly? Who will fund the government?
