BHS Class A News Big news broke by YHH & John Millea that all MSHSL Hockey (Boys & Girls) Tournaments will now be seeded 1-8 as opposed to the 1-5 format of previous years. While this does not solve the section imbalance debate it is a big change coming this winter!

BHS Class A Coaching News As predicated by YHH last month- Hibbing-Chisholm-Hockey will be naming previous Asst. Coach Aaron Jamnick as their next Head BHS Coach at their Board Meeting tomorrow night. Big Class A Job now filled!

BHS Class A Schedule Release LF Boys Hockey Team puts together a very nice Class A based schedule. Highlighted by games with SCC, Monti & Nothern Lakes x2, Orono, Hibbing, Alex, SWC, TRF, DL. Even the Luverne, Crookston, DC & Hutch games are good. Flyers will be very tough next year!

BHS Class A News Major news out of Section 8A as Longtime TRF Coach Tim Bergland has resigned. Coach Bergland complied over 250 wins and led the Prowlers to 4 State Tourneys in his Tenure. Big opening now in Thief River Falls this Fall to fill.

BHS Class A Schedule Release Another Class A team I have my eye on is this year is Lourdes Eagles Hockey. They return over 40% of their scoring and bring back a bunch of experience on the backend. Add in good incoming talent from the AA Bantams and there is lots to like about Lourdes!
