I love meat, but this is very stupid. I'm totally fine eating MUCH less meat (and I'll try to do so) because using that much water just for raising cows for meat consumption is... very stupid. I'm also 1500% ok for eco-friendly lab-grown red meat. The future needs water.

So.... imho as a newspaper the NYT *should* be talking to the pres of Project 2025 and the CEO of Occidental and the President of Guyana about climate--the issue is not that they are bringing these folks in, the issue is whether or not they will ask them the tough questions.
