Maybe it’s just because I’m an English teacher by trade, but intentional language use is very important to me.

Any time a Coach uses “I”, “My”, and/or “Me” continually in conversation about their program and/or players, that’s a huge 🚩

It should always be “We”, “Our”, and “Us”

The day I met Derrick in summer of 2012, he hit a step back game-winner in sudden death OT of our pro-am game, just a couple weeks after graduating high school. He’s earned everything, and he’s still the same dude I first met all those years ago.

Our guys wrapped the CU Boulder team camp with wins over Monarch & Erie!

Little by little, we’re putting it together and continuing to get better. Love what we’re seeing from our guys!

I’m so excited not only for my dear friend, but for HRHS and the kids. Coach “Buck” has been instrumental to our success over the past two seasons, on & off the court. As a Ranch alum, the school and the program are close to his heart.

Our guys kicked off the summer of 2024 by going 4-0 in pool play at Metro State camp!

We had strong wins over Denver East, Ponderosa, Fort Collins, and Prairie View to grab a spot in the top bracket tomorrow afternoon.
