Rarely is it a hydration issue. Comes down to not being able to handle high intensity. Practice at 60% and never touch game-like intensity during the week? Going to be hard to put together a full game without cramping. Athletes will be ready for what they are prepared for.

1st time Back Squating with the D-Squad/Freshman this morning. 8 weeks of Pause Front Squat leading up to this. Weights are still very light. Technique and Movement Quality builds 500lbs Squats. Don't rush fundamentals and teaching.
