Being coachable > being “cool”

Being selfless > being selfish

Being all in > being on the fence

Being a giver > being a taker

Being where your feet are > transferring as soon as you face adversity

Choose to see sunshine where others see shadows, and opportunities where others see obstacles!

A little “offseason” Math:

1. Miss 1-2 offseason workouts, you (and your coaches), will know it.

2. Miss 3-4 workouts, your teammates will know it.

3. Miss 5 or more workouts, and your opponents will know it!

Avoid SOFT people like the plague!

S - selfish
O - offended easily
F - fault finders
T - tough in speech, but not action
