I got this video from watching a Luis Arraez live video on Instagram of him training. Foam balls off the machine. Holding finish with head down EVERY swing. Not spinning or compromising the movement pattern to hit the machine. Success leaves clues.

Umpires need a clicker for when batters call for time. Anybody else noticed that it takes 3 + minutes for the umpire to halt the game, whip out the pen & notebook, notarize the timeout, then let the student in the press box know about it....all in the name of speeding up the game

The phenomenon with the tight K-zone needs to go for college ball. Pitching to a shoe box with these juiced balls is a joke. First couple years of TD Ameritrade nobody left the yard. Now everybody is. Funny how they test the bats but not the balls.
