Over the last 2 weeks, our members at Glen Dimplex have been on strike over pay.

Many of the workers on site currently are being paid minimum wage.

Simply, this is unacceptable.

We will not rest until our members are paid a wage they deserve.

Community members at Glen Dimplex are skilled workers, but are being paid 6% below the inflation rate.

This is not good enough.

Our members deserve skilled pay for skilled work.

But it will take more than price rises slowing for us to feel better off.

Food bills remain sky high - and our real wages are worth less today than 2008.
