Exciting week in #SierraLeone with Lunsar Cycling Team and the Tour de Lunsar. Thanks to Zwift, the women's race has gone from a 1 day to 2-day event, and FBC #Benin has sent 2 elite and 1 junior woman to the event along with their coach in training, Salami!

My time with CANYON//SRAM Racing & CANYON//SRAM Generation has taught me so much more than I knew in all my eyes of cycling.
The training pattern, training programs, and the terrain all differ.
