I caught up with Pentathlon GB Olympic Champion Joe Choong MBE🇬🇧 to see what his #TopTips are to a person who wants to compete in future games⤵️

Sport has to be for everyone but that can't come at the expense of the fairness and safety of women and girls.

I chaired a meeting, joined by Kemi Badenoch to push national governing bodies to ensure this is the case.
