Very much looking forward to this event and to present the work Matthias Hoffmann, Dan Mercea and I have been doing to build TakePart Project's protest event analysis dataset, as well as the methodological reflections around it.
icsjournal are v sad to hear of Barry Wellman's passing. RIP. Barry was N-American editor of iCS, helped the journal find its own path early on w/ creative ideas including through partnership w/ CITAMS & special issue they have edited since 2008. Sympathies to his family.
