It’s been a long time coming. Too long. Still, time to celebrate America’s fastest growing sport is officially sanctioned by the IHSAA. So many advocates of this effort come to mind. It’s a great day. I can imagine Dr. Don’s look of gratitude & joy that the day has finally come.

Congratulations to sherridan atkinson for leading her squad in Athens, Greece to the Championship of their professional volleyball league. So very proud of how this Purdue Volleyball alumni continues to better herself each year.

I’ve known for a long time that Purdue is an incredibly unique university w/ the most loyal & generous alumni / friends. Coaching Purdue Volleyball is the opportunity of a lifetime and I’m so grateful to be part of Purdue University. Thanks to all of our supporters for making Purdue amazing.

Wednesday’s Day of Giving provides a variety of opportunities for our loyal Boilermakers to truly support our athletes. For the first time, our generous Purdue alumni and fan base can contribute to our NIL Collective - the Boilermaker Alliance.

Our camps are the best. Below is a collage of all of our day camps we will be hosting this summer, starting in early June. Many are approaching capacity numbers. We would love for you to join us to “learn to play the Boilermaker way”.

Full day after Friday night’s final spring match played south of Indy. With the school year closing and a few weeks before the team reconvenes to prep for our European trip; like our lake at twilight, I feel a sense of calm, knowing ⁦Purdue Volleyball⁩ has a team I’m very proud of.

My dear sister, Kim, prepares to present the Don Shondell MIVA Tournament Championship trophy to champion - Ohio State - last night at Ball State. The MIVA recently honored our father by naming the event that determines the Midwest representative to the NCAA tourney after him.

30 players have been selected to the USA Volleyball Women’s Olympic Try-Out Group. 14 of 30 are graduates of Big Ten universities. Three are Purdue Volleyball alumni! So excited for Danni Cee Annie Drews and Ashley Evans.

Congratulations to our ⁦⁦Purdue Mens Club Volleyball⁩ squad for winning the 2024 National Men’s Division AA Club Championship today in downtown Kansas City. ⁦Purdue Volleyball⁩ is very happy for these guys.

Thanks to Center Grove HS’s administrators and facilities crew for putting on a first-class event. Our team is very grateful to the large Purdue Athletics crowd that poured into the venue to help the crowd reach 4000. Spring season is over. We begin training for Europe on May 5th.
