Jeff Landry sued me in 2021 over a public records request about sexual harassment in the AG's criminal division. We won in court & got the records.
Today, a committee passed a bill with his support that would gut Louisiana's public records law.

Really important day at for public records.
Under these proposed bills, the public would have significantly less access to information about how elected officials in Louisiana are behaving. These sort of records have led to crucial public service journalism in the past.
