This beautiful fossil plant is ~310 million years old. It is very special to me because it is one of the few fossils my mum ever found.
She found this at a site I co-discovered in my hometown of Doncaster. Mum was thrilled to find this little wonder. 💫
Happy #FossilFriday
Lovely to see so many reconstructions of Ichthyotitan severnensis. Here are just a few of my favourites from the many skilled artists out there, including @joschuaknuppe, torosauruss, x2 by Aberrantologist, @ppaleoartist and by Dominik Hammelsbruch
Excited to see more!

Here, Jimmy Dinosaurs Will Always Be Awesome 🦖 and I are taking measurements of various jaw bones so that we can compare them with Ichthyotitan severnensis.
