My HB466 passed the House today. Virginia law has over 20 reasons why someone shouldn’t be issued a concealed carry permit. This common sense bill prevents getting a concealed carry permit in another state and using it in VA if you aren’t allowed to have one here.

Having a medical emergency shouldn’t mean your family loses access to electricity, gas and water. With my bill HB 275 on the way to the governor, families with a medical emergency will have the time they need to pay the bills and won’t have their utilities shut off.
