Congratulations Jacob van Zoelen on publication of a new genus in the best group of marsupials there is! (I'm not biased) A great description too of a relatively complete skeleton and even some soft tissue impressions we found on Kalamurina in 2017 Flinders Palaeontology Australian Wildlife Conservancy

New research out! We found that red kangaroos living with dingoes grow up faster than red kangaroos that live safe behind the dingo fence 🦘🦘🦘 academic.oup.com/jmammal/articl…

There’s been so much going on that I almost forgot to advertise that we have an 🚨fully ARC-funded PhD position available in Early Vertebrate Evolution 🚨based at Flinders Palaeontology currently open to applicants!

Great to see Australia's biggest skink published. This dude had some gnarly armour. I wonder if it helped against a curious Thylacoleo?

This #FossilFriday we're packing our bags to head out to Cooper Creek to hunt for #megafauna fossils from the Pliocene and Pleistocene. We had some excellent finds there in 2017 so can't wait to see what this trip holds! #palaeontology @flinderspalaeo

Australia has only been waiting about 100 years for a decent updated description of koala and wombat myology. So good to see this out and congratulations Dr Hazel L Richards !
