This is how we de-silo health equity work. This writing team met and received guidance through Neonatal Justice Collaborative. They were already galvanized but their passion turned into product and is being more widely disseminated because of our network. Join us.
Data from our Children's Hospital team that we must disaggregate by race, ethnicity, & nativity so as not to mask pop health disparities. Also: extreme preterm birth isnβt the same as moderate or late PTB birth. Lumping will hamper prevention efforts; we must disaggregate here too.
