Super interesting guy & lots to learn over a few beers on his visit to London
Bruce Hermann, MD Mark Bagnall PhD FRCS Review My Residency Address the issue re: teaching, instead of making a bitchy comment about a system . Or have you been caught out defending bullying and vulgar behavior that some of us don’t tolerate because we don’t have self esteem issues we take out on juniors who can’t fight back?
Hmm, this looks familiar.
1500/3000m runner back from 4 weeks training camp. Sudden pain in deep glute area during a running session. Now limping, and unable to create power through limb. Resting pain.
History of 3 previous stress fractures.

Pretty ouchy down there.
Pain / our bodies are weird aren't they.
Past 2/12, no perception of pain from PS but when you go in firm there, reproduces the lower abdo pain that I have perceived.
Send me the invoice James Noake 🙏😃
James Noake Very difficult problem to treat. A full tear is easy & predictable. Failing tendons test one’s patience.
For me it’s Rehab then PRP (not steroid)
Then Debride ( rarely done)
However detach and reattach tendon very predictable. But just doesn’t feel right.
