The more I read about NarxCare the more I get angry about the terrible 'science' that went into its development. The #opioid score components are 'scaled' based on a %ile rank RELATIVE to a distribution of values from PDMP data. And they call values in higher %iles 'high risk' π€¦πΎββοΈ
