I believe most of this ignorance stems from the conflation of physicians with the failing healthcare system as if they are the cause. The problem in healthcare is not the doctors; it's the system! If you don't understand this point, you will never understand healthcare.

The medicine helps you stay consistent with a “diet” when you wouldn’t be able otherwise.

A patient who lost 100 pounds with Wegovy - lost coverage was starting to regain weight.

“Food noise” was back

Added a small dose of bupropion and naltrexone and the “food noise” lessened and now they aren’t regaining weight

This doesn’t work for everyone. Needs to be studied
