I’m happy to report that the conference center has healthy soap in the bathroom. I was worried they might have unhealthy soap.

Exactly. The Moon (likely underground for radiation shielding) and asteroids used in free space can be the home for trillions of AI intelligences. No need to coat the surface of Earth for this purpose. But I agree there *will* be an explosion of AI since the economic and…

I agree, and this is why I keep saying we must move most computing off the Earth. This planet has the special conditions on the surface needed for biological life. Computers don’t need such special conditions. Let’s protect it for biology.

At ASCE Earth & Space 2024. If you’re wondering, “why does the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) have an **aerospace** division? Doesn’t that overlap the AIAA?”

At the Not-So-Total Eclipse Event at UCF with a student team building an educational version of NASA's RASSOR (lunar mining robot). It is 3D printed plus simple electronics for elementary schools & up. UCF students are adding machine vision and a robotic arm. Florida Space Institute (FSI)

Exhausted. I wrote the charts for 3 talks today. Will give next week at Earth & Space 2024 conference:

1. Sublimation of ice from lunar drill cuttings

2. Predictive theory for erosion of lunar soil under a rocket

3. The cost of lunar-mined vs. Earth-launched propellant
