Kyegegwa General Hospital got infrastructure uplift through DRDIP under Office of the Prime Minister - Uganda. The facility provides healthcare to the host community and refugees around Kyaka II refugee settlement.
Kako Senior Secondary School in Kyegegwa District Local Government got classroom clocks and an administration block constructed with the support of World Bank through Office of the Prime Minister - Uganda. This has increased school enrollment of refugees in Kyaka II refugee settlement and the host community members.

The Kabira-Ngata water supply and sanitary facility in Kyegegwa District Local Government. This is to help improve access to clean water to both the refugees and hosting community members in Kyaka II Refugee Settlement and the surrounding communities.
Itambabiniga Fish Farming project in kyaka II refugee settlement Kyegegwa District Local Government test their first market after their serious input in the project. The group will be harvesting fish every Wednesday and Saturday to meet market days in the settlement.
